GoLive Streamers – Contest Official Rules

Contest Overview

The GoLive Streamers Contest (“Contest”) rewards streamers based on total Rubies earned during each applicable contest period. Rankings are determined by the in-app leaderboard. Specific contest details, including timing and prize structure, will be announced separately for each Contest.

Eligibility

This Contest is open to legal residents of:

• The United States
• Canada (excluding Quebec)
• The United Kingdom
• Australia

Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Participants must have a valid, active GoLive Streamers account in good standing.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of GoLive Streamers are not eligible.

This Contest is void where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise limited by law.

GoLive Streamers reserves the right to limit, restrict, or deny participation from any user, account, or region at its sole discretion.

Participation Requirements

Participants must:

• Stream using the GoLive Streamers platform
• Comply with all platform rules, policies, and community guidelines
• Maintain an account in good standing throughout participation
• Use accurate and truthful account information

Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification.

How to Win

Winners are determined based on total Rubies earned during each applicable contest period.

Rankings are displayed on the in-app leaderboard and are final at the close of the Contest.

Only valid, completed, and non-reversed transactions will count.

In the event of a tie, the participant who first reached the total will rank higher.

Specific winner tiers and placements will be outlined in each individual contest announcement.

Qualifying Activity

Only Rubies earned through legitimate gifting activity within the platform will count.

The following will not count toward totals:

• Refunded or reversed transactions
• Chargebacks or disputed payments
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Internal testing or admin-generated transactions

GoLive Streamers reserves the right to audit, adjust, or remove activity at any time.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded in Rubies or as otherwise specified in the applicable contest announcement.

All prizes:

• Are non-transferable
• Have no cash value unless redeemed through official platform cashout methods
• Cannot be substituted, exchanged, or transferred

Cashout of Rubies is subject to GoLive Streamers’ policies, minimum thresholds, verification requirements, and processing timelines.

Fraud, Abuse & Fair Play

To ensure fairness, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Self-gifting (directly or through secondary accounts)
• Creating or using fake, duplicate, or bot accounts
• Coordinated manipulation or collusion to inflate rankings
• Artificial inflation of engagement or gifting
• Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, scripts, or automation tools
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended features
• Payment fraud, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized transactions

GoLive Streamers reserves the right to:

• Investigate all activity
• Reverse transactions
• Adjust leaderboard rankings
• Permanently ban accounts
• Disqualify participants without notice

All determinations of fraud or abuse are made at GoLive Streamers’ sole discretion and are final.

Payment Integrity & Chargebacks

Any chargebacks, disputes, or reversed payments associated with a participant’s account (directly or indirectly) will result in:

• Immediate removal of associated Rubies
• Potential disqualification
• Possible account suspension or termination

GoLive Streamers reserves the right to recover any losses incurred due to fraudulent activity.

Winner Verification & Payout

All winners are subject to verification prior to receiving prizes.

Verification may include:

• Identity verification (government-issued ID)
• Payment account verification (e.g., PayPal)
• Proof of eligibility and compliance

Winners will be notified via the app, email, or other contact method on file.

Failure to respond within a specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Rubies or prizes will be credited within a reasonable number of days after successful verification.

Taxes & Legal Compliance

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or fees related to prizes or cashouts.

GoLive Streamers may issue tax forms where required by law.

Participants are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations.

Account & Platform Enforcement

GoLive Streamers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that:

• Violates platform policies
• Engages in suspicious or abusive behavior
• Fails verification requirements
• Is deemed harmful to the platform or its users

Disqualified users may lose all associated Rubies, earnings, and eligibility for future contests.

Platform Rights

GoLive Streamers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel any Contest at any time
• Change rules, eligibility, or structures
• Adjust or reset leaderboards
• Correct errors, omissions, or technical issues
• Enforce rules in any manner necessary to maintain fairness

All decisions made by GoLive Streamers are final and binding.

Technical Issues

GoLive Streamers is not responsible for:

• Server outages or downtime
• Network connectivity issues
• Device malfunctions
• Delayed or failed transactions
• Data loss or corruption

In the event of technical issues, GoLive Streamers reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary.

Content & Conduct

Participants must comply with all content and conduct standards, including but not limited to:

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• No harassment, threats, or exploitation
• No intellectual property violations

Violations may result in immediate disqualification and account action.

Publicity Release

By participating, you grant GoLive Streamers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your:

• Username
• Profile image
• Content and likeness

For marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree that GoLive Streamers, its owners, officers, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, profits, or data
• Personal injury or property damage

Participation is at your own risk.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoLive Streamers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the Contest
• Violation of these rules
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights

Privacy

Participation is subject to GoLive Streamers’ Privacy Policy.

User data may be collected, processed, and used for:

• Contest administration
• Verification and compliance
• Marketing and analytics

General Terms

Rubies are virtual in-app items and subject to platform redemption rules.

No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law (if applicable).

If any provision of these rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

These rules constitute the entire agreement regarding the Contest.

Governing Law

These rules and any disputes arising from the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
